3. In gym, there are professionals like personal trainers available if you want to ask questions about the right way of exercising. You can also ask them how to utilise the equipments the right way.
4. You can find other exercises by watching other people exercising. Watching other people do workout can give you tips on how to do it. You can also watch if it is manageable by you or better not try it.
5. Going to a gym can make you develop a routine. When you go to a gym, it is unquestionably you do your exercise routine. However, if you are at home, there are times that you can't do your routine. There are lots of things that can hinder you from exercising.
